Our Ordering Steps, Payment and Postage

Ordering Steps:

Step 1:
Copy the order form below, fill it and PM us here on FB or alternatively email us at

Step 2:
Please wait for our confirmation email/msg within 24 hours.

Step 3:
Bank in total payment + postage fees via our bank account. Email us the payment proof (bank in slip/screenshot of online transaction). Items will only be sent out once we received the payment.

FluffyLush's Postage:

1. Prices for each item are not included the postage fee and it will be bared by the buyer.
2. Items will only be sent out once we received the payment and will reach within 1-5 days.
3. FluffyLush will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping as all items are in good condition before packing. The shipping tracking number will be sent to you via email/FB once we have posted your item.

Shipping Charges:

1) < 500g : RM6 (Semenanjung)
: RM10 (Sbh & Srwk)
2) 501g - 1kg : RM9
3) > 1kg : RM13
