For those who have doubt on us, we have registered our company with SSM in February 2012 (MA0166755-U). We firmly believe that, today, there’s still a place for doing business in an honest, ethical way. We don’t lie to customers, we don’t cheat them, and we don’t take advantage of them. If we screw-up, then we’re the first to put our hands up!

Boutique Owner:

FluffyLush is owned by Nina Hassan and Farra Karim. Nina Hassan is a Fashion Designer, graduated from International Fashion Training Center. Her talents have earned her many faithful clients among Malaysian ladies. Nina once owned a boutique called BeauGlam located at Mutiara Damansara but it was closed due to her migration to Johor Baru. Her inspiration comes from her customers; their moves, their attitudes, their lifestyle. When she first meets a new customer, she makes her understand that she is there to make her looks good.

Farra Karim is an Accounting graduate who has the greatest passion in fashion. She believes in the importance of creativity, confidence and vision. Farra has a drawing talent where she started drawing various of fashionable clothes since she was in primary school. She wants to help plus size women to flaunt themselves and be confident in whatever they are wearing.

1. Prices for each item are not included the postage fee and it will be bared by the buyer.

2. Items will only be sent out once we received the payment and will reach within 1-5 days.

3. FluffyLush will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping as all items are in good condition before packing. The shipping tracking number will be sent to you via email/FB once we have posted your item.
